Every price in writing. Start with a Bottleneck Map.
In two weeks, 12² follows real jobs through your business, finds where the work slows down, and writes a blueprint with a fixed price for each build phase. Sign a build within 30 days and the Map's fee is credited to it.
The first call is free and takes 20 minutes. AI, phone and software usage is billed at cost.
The Bottleneck Map.
Two weeks, a fixed fee, and a written answer to one question: what should be built first, and what will it cost?
Interviews and numbers
We talk to the people who do the work and record how many inquiries come in, get booked, close and come back.
You get: your starting numbers in writingProcess map
Real jobs followed from first contact to final invoice, with the waiting and re-typing marked.
You get: a map of where the time goesAction list
Each fix is tagged: an AI routine, a custom build, or work that stays with a person.
You get: a ranked list, slowest step firstBlueprint
The design, the providers that touch your data, and a fixed price for each build phase.
You get: a proposal you can sign or shelveThen build what the Map found.
Each build has a fixed scope, dates and price in writing before work starts, and is tested against your real cases before you accept it.
Priced packages by trade: public adjusters (Product build); commercial landscapers (Core build); elevator companies (Product build); restoration and mitigation (Core build or Product build); distributors (Product build); machine and job shops (Core build).
Run & Improve.
Optional monthly plans that keep a system working as your prices, staff, tools and AI models change.
A front desk that answers, books and hands off.
Phone and web chat that books from your calendar and passes anything sensitive to your staff. The monthly fee covers monitoring, fixes and re-tests; phone minutes and AI usage are billed at cost.
Try one as the caller: dental & health, salons & spas or law firms. Plumbing companies: the after-hours AI dispatch desk. Packages for other trades are on the industries page.
We guarantee what we control.
12² does not promise revenue, because no one outside your business controls your sales. These two promises are in every build agreement.
Payment is 50% at kickoff and 50% on acceptance. 12² AI is run by William Addis, a sole proprietor, and your agreement is with him.
- Pay the second half when it passesEvery build is paid 50% at kickoff. The second 50% isn't due until the test cases we agree on in writing pass.
- A free month if the metric missesWhere the Bottleneck Map recorded a starting number, we agree one metric for the build, such as median reply time to a new lead. If it misses its target 30 days after launch, your next Run & Improve month is free.
- You own itCode, accounts, prompts and data sit in your name. You can take the system elsewhere at any time.
Straight answers.
Why start with a paid map instead of a free quote?
Because a fixed price is only honest once the work is understood. In two weeks the Map follows real jobs through your business, records the starting numbers, and ends with a written blueprint that prices each build phase. If you sign a build within 30 days, the Map's fee is credited to it in full.
Is the first call free?
Yes. It takes 20 minutes. We ask where work slows down and tell you whether a Map makes sense. If it doesn't, we say so.
What is not included in these prices?
AI, phone and software usage, which is billed at cost and estimated in writing in your proposal. Everything else in the agreed scope is in the fee, and work that adds scope is priced in writing first and waits for your yes.
Who do we contract with?
12² AI is run by William Addis, a sole proprietor. Your agreement is with him, under the terms of service.
Do you guarantee revenue?
No. Nobody outside your business controls your sales. We guarantee what we control: the second payment waits until the agreed tests pass, and a free Run & Improve month if the agreed metric misses its target.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, accounts, prompts and data sit in your name, and you can take the system elsewhere at any time.
