The 12² suite

Three products, built and run by 12².

Fieldcam, HailScan and Codes&More are 12²'s own software, live in production on one account. They are also the proof behind every custom build, because client work is built by the same studio on the same stack.

One sign-in across all three products.

  • Field documentation

    Fieldcam

    fieldcam.app · web and iOS

Photos, video and notes from a job become projects, generated reports and links a client can open. Built for any trade that documents work in the field.

  • Storm intelligence

    HailScan

    hailscan.app · web

Storm intelligence for roofers. It watches the properties you care about, alerts you when hail is reported nearby, and hands you a weather report for any address and date, built from public records, with the source record archived behind every figure. Canvassing leads, field photo docs, code lookups and CRM come in the same login.

Conclusions rest on preliminary NWS/SPC storm reports. Radar-derived imagery appears only as clearly labeled context.

  • Building codes

    Codes&More

    buildingcodes.app · web

Building-code reports for an address. Every requirement is cited back to its source, and a verification pipeline checks the citations.

Reports cite their code sources. Verify with the authority having jurisdiction.

One platform

One account under all three.

12² designed, built and runs the platform the products share. A company signs in once, one place decides which products it can open, and a single job record holds what each product produced.

  • One account, three productsA company signs in once and opens whatever its plan includes.
  • Live around the clockThe gateway and all three products run continuously in production.
  • Built end to end by 12²Web apps, an iOS app, data pipelines, AI agents, billing and hosting.
