Every call booked, even with a client in the chair.
The phone rings while everyone's hands are busy, and the caller books somewhere else. 12² builds a front desk for your phone, texts and website that fills the book, moves appointments and passes on anything that needs a person.
This fills in as the call goes on.
The demo follows a fixed script so you can see the flow. Your build works from your own service menu, prices, staff and booking system.
Nobody leaves a voicemail for a haircut.
The phone rings at the worst time
Stopping a color to answer costs the client in the chair. Letting it ring costs the one on the phone.
Moves and cancellations eat the day
Every reschedule is a call, a look at the book and a call back. The assistant does it in one conversation and frees the old slot.
People book when they remember
That's often at night. A request taken at 9 PM is in the book before you open.
It fills the book. Your team does the hair.
What it handles
- Booking by service and stylistIt asks what they want and who they usually see, then offers real openings.
- Moving and cancellingIt finds the appointment, moves it and opens the old slot again.
- Reminders and confirmationsTexts before the appointment, with a simple way to confirm or change it.
- The everyday questionsHours, location, parking, which services you offer and who does them.
What it never does
- Make up a priceIt quotes only from the price list you give it. Anything that depends on length or condition is booked as a consultation.
- Promise a resultQuestions about what's possible with someone's hair or skin go to the person who'll do the work.
- Pretend to be a personIt says it is an automated assistant at the start of every call and chat.
- Double-bookIt only offers times your booking system shows as open. If the two can't be connected, it takes the request and your team confirms.
We haven't shipped this for a salon yet.
So there are no salon names or booking numbers on this page, and we won't invent any. How the assistant connects to your booking system depends on what that system allows; we check on the first call and write it into the scope.
What we can show you is the demo above and the software 12² builds and runs every day: Fieldcam, HailScan and Codes&More. Your build is tested against your own real calls, and you accept it before the final payment.

Straight answers.
Does it work with our booking system?
That depends on the system. Some let outside tools read and write the book and some don't. We check yours on the first call. If it can't be connected, the assistant takes the request and your team confirms it.
What if a client wants a particular stylist?
It asks, and it only offers that person's openings. If they have no preference it offers the first available.
Can it take deposits or handle no-shows?
It can send your deposit link and your cancellation policy. Charging cards is scoped separately, because it depends on your payment provider.
What do clients hear?
A short greeting that says they've reached the salon's automated assistant, then a normal conversation. They can ask for a person at any point and the message goes to your team.
