Full implementation

AI across the whole operation, not one corner of it.

Most AI projects automate a single task and leave the rest of the process as it was. 12² maps how work actually moves through your company, then builds one system that carries it from the first inquiry to the final report, with your people approving the steps that matter.

Built in 21-day phases, each for a flat fee. You own the code, the accounts and the data.

Scope

Six parts of a business. One system running through them.

A front desk on its own answers the phone. A full implementation follows the work after the call ends.

  • 01Intake and qualificationEvery call, form, email and chat is answered, sorted and sent to the right place with the details already written down.
  • 02Scheduling and dispatchWork is booked against real calendars and capacity, changes are handled without a phone chain, and the right person is told.
  • 03Documents and knowledgeQuotes, reports and letters are drafted from your own data, and staff get answers from your own files with the source shown.
  • 04Quality and compliance checksAnything the system writes is checked against your rules before it goes out. Exceptions go to a person, with the reason.
  • 05Billing and follow-upInvoices are raised when the work closes, reminders go out on schedule, and the records match your accounting.
  • 06Reporting and decisionsSales, work in progress and cash in one view, a plain-English summary each week, and an alert when something moves.
Proof

This is a system we built, and still run every day.

12² operates three software products on one shared platform. We designed it, built every part and keep it running, so this is the standard your build is held to.

Who uses itCustomers, field crews and company owners

On the web and on iOS.

GatewayOne sign-in for everything

Organizations, roles, subscriptions and which products each company can open are decided in one place.

CaptureFieldcam

Photos, video and notes from the field become projects, generated reports and shareable client links. fieldcam.app

Data pipelineHailScan

Public weather records are pulled, processed and turned into a report for any address and date, with the source record archived behind every figure. hailscan.app

AI agentsCodes&More

From an address, AI works out the jurisdiction, the adopted codes and each requirement, and cites every one back to its source. A verification pipeline checks the citations. buildingcodes.app

Shared recordOne job, every deliverable

A property's photos, weather report and code findings sit on the same job, whichever product produced them.

OperationsWatched, not left alone

An owner dashboard across all three products, an alert on every new sign-up, and an automated review step that checks a deliverable before it is finalized.

  • Live around the clockThe gateway and all three products run continuously in production.
  • One account, three productsA company signs in once and opens whatever its plan includes.
  • Built end to end by 12²Web apps, an iOS app, data pipelines, AI agents, billing and hosting.

Standards

How we keep AI from being confidently wrong.

The hard part of implementing AI is not getting it to produce an answer. It is knowing when the answer can be trusted. These are the rules our own products run on, and the rules your system gets.

  • A source, or it says it doesn't knowWhen the system states a fact, it shows where the fact came from. Codes&More works this way: every requirement carries its citation.
  • A second check before anything goes outOutput is tested against your rules by a separate automated step. What fails is held back and sent to a person.
  • People approve what mattersYou decide which steps need a human: money, legal commitments, anything safety-related. The system prepares the work and waits.
  • Logged and reversibleEvery action the system takes is recorded, so you can see what it did, why, and undo it.
  • Your accounts, your dataEverything is built in accounts you own, and you get a written list of every provider that touches your data before work starts.
Method

Four phases. Each one ends with something you can hold.

01

Map

We interview the people who do the work and follow real jobs from start to finish, so the system is designed around what happens, not the org chart.

You get: a process map with the delays and re-typing marked
02

Blueprint

A written design: what gets automated, what stays with a person, how data moves, which providers are involved, and the order to build it in.

You get: the design, and a fixed price for each phase
03

Build in phases

Each phase is a 21-day sprint. It goes live on your own accounts and is tested against your real cases, and you accept it before the next one starts.

You get: a working part of the system at every step
04

Operate

Monitoring, fixes and changes as your prices, staff and tools move, with a monthly review of what the system did.

You get: a usage report and a direct line to 12²
Who does the work

A small senior studio, on purpose.

The studio that maps your process designs the system and builds it. There is no sales team, no account manager, and no handoff to a junior developer. 12² starts two new builds a month and does not subcontract.

That makes us the right size for a company that wants one accountable studio across the whole operation. If your project needs forty consultants on site, we are not that firm, and we will say so on the first call.

  • Priced by phase, in writingThe blueprint sets a flat fee for each 21-day phase. Work that adds scope is priced in writing first and waits for your yes.
  • Nothing ships untestedEvery phase is tested against your real cases, and you accept it before the balance is due.
  • No lock-inCode, accounts, prompts and data sit in your name. You can take the system elsewhere at any time.
  • We connect before we replaceThe system works with the software you already use. We build something new only where nothing fits.
FAQ

Straight answers.

How large a project can 12² take on?

A system that runs a company's core process from intake to reporting, built in phases. We have built and run a platform of that size ourselves: three products, a shared sign-in and billing layer, an iOS app, data pipelines and AI agents. We do not staff large on-site teams.

How is a full implementation priced?

By phase. The map and blueprint come first and produce a flat fee for each build phase, and each phase is a 21-day sprint, so you commit one phase at a time. AI and software usage is billed at cost and estimated up front.

Can you show client results?

One so far, and we won't invent more. Role capture describes a client engagement, with the client's name withheld at their request. Beyond that we can show the platform above, which is live and which you can sign up for and inspect, and the working demos on our industry pages.

Will we have to replace our current software?

Usually not. Most of the work is connecting the tools you already pay for and removing the re-typing between them. We build custom software only where nothing off the shelf does the job.

What happens to our data?

It stays in accounts you own. Before the build starts you get a written list of every AI and software provider that would touch it, so you can check that list against your own obligations.

What if we only need one piece?

Then start there. The studio's single 21-day builds are the same parts sold one at a time, and each can become the first phase of a larger system later.
