About 12² AI

Who builds your system.

12² AI (12 Squared AI) is run by William Addis, a sole proprietor. There is no sales team, no account manager and no hand-off to a junior developer: the person who maps your process designs the system, builds it and keeps it running.

The builder

One accountable person, from first call to final test.

When you write to [email protected], William reads it and replies, within one business day. He runs the free 20-minute call, the Bottleneck Map interviews and the build, and he is the one you call if something breaks after launch.

That is a deliberate choice. A small studio can only take on so much, so 12² starts two new builds a month and does not subcontract. If a project needs forty consultants on site, 12² is not that firm, and William will say so on the first call.

AI tools write much of the code. William plans the work, reviews what the tools produce, tests it against your real cases and stays responsible for it after it goes live.

What he has shipped

Software you can open today.

Each app is a separate product with its own site and its own subscription. 12² designed, built and runs each one in production.

  • FieldcamField documentation on the web and iOS: photos, video and notes from a job become projects, generated reports and links a client can open. fieldcam.app · Powered by 12squared AI Suite.
  • HailScanStorm intelligence for roofers: hail alerts and a documented weather report for any address and date, built from public records, with the source record archived behind every figure. hailscan.app · Powered by 12squared AI Suite.
  • Codes&MoreBuilding-code reports for an address, with every requirement cited back to its source and a verification pipeline that checks the citations. buildingcodes.app · Powered by 12squared AI Suite.
  • Role capture, a client engagementA senior finance role at a multi-location franchise operator, documented before the person left: 65 screen recordings became 36 written tasks. The client's name is withheld at their request. Read the engagement.
  • Five working demosA sales dashboard, a PDF-to-quote tool, a Spanish-language support agent, an online-store email assistant and a private household system, built to briefs businesses posted publicly. They are not client projects. Try them.
How William works

The rules every build follows.

  • A source, or it says it doesn't knowWhen a system states a fact, it shows where the fact came from. Codes&More works this way: every requirement carries its citation.
  • A second check before anything goes outOutput is tested against your rules by a separate automated step. What fails is held back and sent to a person.
  • People approve what mattersYou decide which steps need a human: money, legal commitments, anything safety-related.
  • Logged and reversibleEvery action the system takes is recorded, so you can see what it did, why, and undo it.
  • Fixed prices in writingScope, dates and price are agreed in writing before work starts. Work that adds scope is priced first and waits for your yes.
Guarantees

What 12² guarantees, and what it doesn't.

  • Pay the second half when it passesEvery build is paid 50% at kickoff. The second 50% isn't due until the test cases agreed in writing pass.
  • A free month if the metric missesWhere the Bottleneck Map recorded a starting number, one metric is agreed for the build. If it misses its target 30 days after launch, the next Run & Improve month is free.
  • You own itCode, accounts, prompts and data sit in your name. You can take the system elsewhere at any time.
  • No revenue promises12² does not promise revenue, because no one outside your business controls your sales.
