What does a custom build cost?

One 21-day sprint is a flat fee from $3,500, which covers a single workflow, dashboard, tool or small MVP. Larger products start at $8,000 and are planned as more than one sprint, each with its own flat fee. You get the scope, the dates and the price in writing before work starts, and AI usage is billed at cost. Prices are on the studio page.

How do I start?

Send a few lines about what you want built. If it's a fit, 12² builds a working demo on sample data at no charge. If you want it finished, you get a flat fee in writing and a first version live 21 days after kickoff. 12² starts two new builds a month.
