Who is working their leads
One screen that shows which reps are on their leads, which aren't, and where leads pile up across pipelines. The rules behind each status are listed on the page.
GoHighLevel API · synthetic data12² is an AI full-stack development studio. Tell us what you want built. If it's a fit, 12² builds a working demo on sample data first, so you see it working before you pay. Then you get one flat fee in writing and a first version live 21 days after kickoff.

These are working software, not screenshots. Each one opens on this page and runs in your browser on sample data, so nothing you type is sent anywhere. Each was built as an answer to a brief someone posted publicly. None is a client project, and 12² has no client case studies yet and won't invent any.

Reads a customer's RFQ, matches each line to the catalogue and prices only exact matches. Anything uncertain waits for a person and stays out of the total.

A WhatsApp support flow where hard rules run before the AI. A fraud report always goes to a person, with a summary ready for the operator.

Looks up the order, drafts the email and sets a reminder. When two customers match, it asks which one instead of guessing. It writes drafts and sends nothing.

Answers a family's questions from their own notes and shows which note it used. Designed so sensitive documents are read by a model running at home.

From a wireframe, a product spec or a paragraph of text to a working web or iOS app with accounts, payments and hosting. A first version is live 21 days after kickoff. Fieldcam, HailScan and Codes&More were built and are run this way.
For founders and businesses that need a product in front of users soon.
One job your people do by hand, run end to end: intake, quoting, support or scheduling. Or the dashboard and data pipeline behind it, connected through the APIs of the software you already use. A person approves the steps that matter.
The sales dashboard, quoting, support and store demos above are this kind of build.
Native iPad apps for a counter, a stand or a waiting room, with AI that can run on the device itself, so a customer's photo never has to leave it. Camera, printing, locked-down kiosk mode and a hidden staff screen.
Our own example is free for restaurants: the Coloring Booth turns a family photo into a printed coloring page →
A fast build still gets sign-in and roles, a database schema designed for your data, screens that work on a phone and a desktop, tests against your real cases, and always-on hosting. The three 12² products run on the same setup.

What every sprint includes. Direct access to the builder, an architecture and database plan in writing, integrations with OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe and the tools you already use, and documented source code that you own outright. The stack is Next.js, Python and FastAPI, SwiftUI for iOS, LLM agents with retrieval and citation checks, and always-on hosting, and each part is running in one of the three products below.
These are 12²'s own products, live today. They come from the construction and property world, which is where 12² started. The stack and the standard are what your build gets.
Field documentation platform covering photo and video capture, projects, generated reports and shareable client links, across web and iOS.

An hourly contract pays a shop more the longer your project runs. 12² quotes one flat fee for a 21-day sprint, so it gets paid for shipping your product and not for the time it takes.
12² is a software company that builds with AI tooling, not an agency selling hours. No sales rep, account manager or subcontractor stands between you and the build. 12² starts two new builds a month, so yours gets the whole sprint.
Yes. The limit is that 12² only builds a demo for a project it can deliver and that fits a fixed-price build, so not every request gets one. You'll hear yes or no within one business day. The demo runs on sample data, and you owe nothing if you stop there.
Often there is, and if so the reply will say so. A subscription tool is the right answer for plenty of businesses and costs far less. A custom build earns its price when the work has to run inside your own systems, follow your own rules, or do something no product covers.
One 21-day sprint is a flat fee from $3,500, which covers a single workflow, dashboard, tool or small MVP. Larger products start at $8,000 and are planned as more than one sprint, each with its own flat fee. Payment is 50% at kickoff and 50% when you accept the finished work. AI and software usage is billed at cost with no markup.
A first version that real users can sign in to and use: the core screens, the database, sign-in, and the integrations it needs, such as payments or an AI model. The scope is agreed in writing before kickoff. If what you want won't fit in one sprint, the quote says so and splits it into sprints before you pay anything.
AI tooling writes much of the code. 12² plans the architecture, reviews what is written and tests it. Fieldcam, HailScan and Codes&More were built and are run this way, and you can sign up for each of them and look.
Every system is limited to what you've approved, such as your services, prices and policies, and anything outside that scope goes to a person on your side. It's tested against your real cases before launch, and conversations are logged so you can review them.
12² does, in-house. The studio that scopes your project builds it. 12² starts two new builds a month and doesn't subcontract your build to anyone else.
Yes. Projects run remotely, and anywhere English works as the working language is fine.
A few lines is enough: what the business does, what you want built or taken off your plate, and the tools you use today.
