A custom AI tool, built for your business.
A Studio build is software made for one job in your business. It might answer calls, turn PDF requests into quotes or build a weekly report. We connect it to the tools you already use. We test it on your real cases. Then we hand you the code.

- See who is working their leadsOne screen shows which reps are on their leads and where leads pile up. The rule behind each status is on the page.
- Turn a PDF request into a priced quoteMatches each line to your catalogue and prices only exact matches. Anything uncertain waits for a person.
- Support that knows when to stopFixed rules run before the AI. A fraud report always goes to a person, with a summary ready.
- Find the order, draft the replyLooks up the order, drafts the email and sets a reminder. It writes drafts and sends nothing.
- Answers only from your own notesAnswers questions from your own notes and shows which note it used.

How a build works.
Every step has a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. AI and software usage is billed at cost.
Need AI across the whole company? See company-wide AI. Every tier is on the pricing page.
Run & Improve.
Optional monthly care, so the tool keeps working as your business and the AI models change.
No hourly billing. No middlemen.
12² AI is run by William Addis, sole proprietor. The person who scopes your build is the person who builds it. Nothing is subcontracted, and 12² starts two new builds a month.
- One fixed price, in writingThe quote you sign is the price you pay. Outside costs such as AI usage are estimated in the quote and billed at cost.
- No surprise change billsWork that adds scope is priced in writing first and waits for your yes.
- You own all of itSource code, accounts, data and prompts sit in your name. No lock-in.
- Nothing ships untestedEvery build is tested on your real cases, and you accept it before the final payment.
Straight answers.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Source code, accounts, data and prompts sit in your name, with a written list of every provider that touches your data. You can take the system elsewhere at any time.
How long does it take?
The Bottleneck Map takes two weeks. For a Core build or a Product build, the timeline is set for your project and written into your quote before work starts. The dates are in writing before you pay anything.
What do you need from me?
A few lines on the job that takes too long, then time with the people who do that work so we can follow real jobs from first contact to final invoice. For the build, access to the tools it connects to and a set of real cases to test it against. You approve the scope and accept the finished build.
What does it cost?
Projects start with a $4,500 Bottleneck Map. Its fee is credited toward a Core build or larger signed within 30 days of Map delivery, up to the build's price. A Proof build is $3,500, a Core build is $9,500, and a Product build is $18,000–$28,000. Every tier is on the pricing page.
Is there an off-the-shelf tool that already does this?
Often there is, and if so we'll say so. A subscription tool costs far less and is the right answer for plenty of businesses. A custom build earns its price when the work has to run inside your own systems or follow your own rules.
Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?
Each tool is limited to what you've approved, such as your services, prices and policies. Anything outside that goes to a person on your side. It's tested on your real cases before launch, and conversations are logged so you can review them.
Where do you work?
Across the United States. Projects run remotely, so your business can be anywhere in the US.
