Bottleneck Map · AI workflow audit

Find the slowest step before you buy any AI.

Two weeks, a fixed fee, and a written answer to one question: what should be built first, and what will it cost?

What happens in two weeks

Four steps. Each one ends with something in writing.

01

Interviews and numbers

We talk to the people who do the work and record how many inquiries come in, get booked, close and come back.

You get: your starting numbers in writing
02

Process map

Real jobs followed from first contact to final invoice, with the waiting and re-typing marked.

You get: a map of where the time goes
03

Action list

Each fix is tagged: an AI routine, a custom build, or work that stays with a person.

You get: a ranked list, slowest step first
04

Blueprint

The design, the providers that touch your data, and a fixed price for each build phase.

You get: a proposal you can sign or shelve
Why a paid map

A fixed price is only honest once the work is understood.

A free quote is a guess at someone else's process. The Map replaces the guess with what actually happens: real jobs, followed from the first call to the final invoice, with the waiting and the re-typing marked.

The starting numbers it records matter later. Where the Map recorded a starting number, one metric is agreed for the build, such as median reply time to a new lead. If the build misses its target 30 days after launch, the next Run & Improve month is free.

The Map is also the place to find out that you don't need a custom build. If a subscription tool or a few AI routines will do, the action list says so.

Price

$4,500, credited to your build.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How long does the Bottleneck Map take?

Two weeks.

What does it cost?

$4,500 for one department or one location; $9,500 for more than one location or department. The fee is credited in full to the build if you sign within 30 days.

What do you need from us?

Time with the people who do the work, so we can follow real jobs from first contact to final invoice, and access to the numbers: how many inquiries come in, get booked, close and come back.

Do we have to build anything afterwards?

No. The blueprint is a proposal you can sign or shelve.

What if a subscription tool would solve it?

Then the action list says so. Each fix is tagged as an AI routine, a custom build, or work that stays with a person.
