Photos are shown only on the page they were added to. They are never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI. The page owner can delete everything at any time, and every page is deleted on a date the owner can see from the first day.

Photo Mosaic is a service operated by William Addis, an individual and sole proprietor. It is not a corporation or limited liability company. Contact: [email protected].

For a page: its picture, title, optional “who it is for” and message, the owner's email address if one was given, and a scrambled (hashed) copy of the owner key. We cannot read the owner key back.

For each photo: the photo, resized, and two small square copies used as tiles; the name, the optional relationship and the optional message typed with it. Location data and other hidden details inside the photo file are removed when it is uploaded.

To stop abuse: a scrambled (hashed) form of the network address and a random device number, used only to limit how many photos or pages one device can add in an hour or a day. We do not store the address itself.

Counts: we count a few events such as “landing page viewed” and “photo added”, with no personal details attached. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Anyone who has the page's link can view it, zoom in and open each photo with its name and message. Page links are long and random, and we ask search engines not to list them. A link can still be passed on by anyone who has it, so share it only with people you want to see the page.

A free page takes uploads for 30 days; an unlocked page for 90 more days from the day of payment. When uploads close, the page stays viewable for 30 days, and then the page, its photos and its data are deleted from our storage and database. If the owner gave an email address we send a reminder about 7 days before deletion.

The owner can remove a single photo or delete the whole page immediately from the owner page. Removed photos are deleted from storage straight away.

We keep a record that a payment was made (the Stripe reference, the amount and the date) for our accounts. It contains no photos.

If you are in a photo and want it removed, ask the page owner, use “Report this page” at the bottom of that page, or email [email protected] with the page link. You do not need to give a reason.

Photos and page data are stored with Supabase (database and file storage). Traffic passes through Cloudflare. Payments are taken by Stripe, which receives your payment details directly; we never see your card number. If email is used, it is sent through Resend. None of them may use your photos for their own purposes.

We remove illegal content when we learn of it and report it to the authorities as the law requires.

You must be at least 18 to create a mosaic or buy an unlock, and at least 13 to add photos through a shared link. Photo Mosaic is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not use it or upload photos. If you believe a child under 13 has uploaded information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
